$ULAB is the LayerBank governance and utility token. LayerBank's published veTokenomics design introduces xULAB as the long-term participation layer for staking and governance.
Incentive Alignment
The published design links token participation with liquidity incentives, governance influence and eligible market boosts. This is intended to reward longer-term alignment rather than short-term emissions alone.
Governance and Emissions
LayerBank has described a gauge-style governance model where staked participants can influence incentive distribution and protocol decisions. Exact live voting contracts, lock periods and implementation details should be confirmed from the current app and governance interfaces as they roll out.
Supply and Allocation Data
Token allocation, circulating supply and unlock schedules are time-sensitive data. This documentation intentionally does not hard-code third-party supply estimates as protocol facts. Use official LayerBank announcements and live on-chain data for current supply information.
